  This place is one of best bike shops I have ever visited. It's part of the Calgary cycle group and the staff are top notch. They have helped me with small things after I purchased my bike that other shops in Calgary would have charged for. For example, I purchased a new oval chainring on my new bike. I ordered it and they called when it arrived. I was going to install it on my bike at home but the shop guy insisted it was no problem and did it quickly and for no charge. I know shops in Calgary would probably charge at least $20. I was very impressed with that kind of customer care. I would recommend this shop to anyone because they treat you like a valued customer even after you spend thousands on a great bike. I bought 2 more bikes after that to replace bikes that I had purchased at other shops in Calgary. I have never had a problem at any of their 3 stores I have visited. If you do have a problem or issue the owners will do whatever is necessary to fix it.

  Outstanding service that surpassed expectations. I've purchased plenty of bikes over the years and this was the best experience to date. You feel like part of a family when dealing with any of the Calgary Cycle locations.

  I was driving though the area last week so figured I'd call to see if they could do a quick service on my breaks. The mechanic said no problem, they would just need about 30 minutes. After returning half an hour later I was informed the break pads were still in good order and the mechanic had performed a double bleed on the front break and half a bleed on the back. I was only charged for one of the front bleeds though. Great to see they aren't out to nickel and dime you and the guys there seem to know their stuff. I'll definitely be back!!

  Hands down the best place to buy and talk mountain bikes. Stu and his Team are Knowledgeable and passionate about Mountain biking! Are also aware of Trail conditions on a regular basis.

  It's been one of those years for me. I've destroyed my bike numerous times. All I have to say is that Stu, Darren and Duncan have done nothing but their level best to get me back on the trail again. They go way, way beyond what their job entails. I am so glad to know them. Bar none the customer service you'll ever get anywhere let alone a bike shop. Derek, the owner, has a gem in Bragg Creek.
